Track your progress through the Medicare enrollment process

Before You Enroll
Confirm your eligibility date
You’re eligible for Medicare at age 65, or earlier if you have certain disabilities
Understand your Initial Enrollment Period
3 months before your 65th birthday, your birthday month, and 3 months after
Check if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period
If you’re still working with employer coverage, you may qualify for a SEP
Gather required documents
